Blogger Simon Gikunda was illegally arrested, and charged with the offence of Misuse of Licenced Telecommunication Gadget, despite the act being unconstitutional. Confirming that they got their jobs based on the number of teeth they have, plain-cloth officers from Embu Police station arrested Gikunda over social media posts alleging that he contravened an unconstitutional act.
A further probe by the editor of this site revealed that the petty girl Judy Mbuya ordered the blogger to be arrested after the WhatsApp posts.
