Wednesday Evening, the media reported of a lockdown at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) due to a bomb Scare in a Kenya Airways plane destined for Johanesberg South Africa. Though Kenya has not confirmed that there was a bomb, it says that a thorough security check is ongoing at the airport following the incident. Passengers too had to be rechecked again before boarding the aircraft. Flight has to be diverted to other airports mostly Moi International Airport in Mombasa.
