Nurses who were hired on contractual basis blame the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) for not renewing their contracts despite a memo from Public Service Commission (PSC) advising so. When NMS took over some functions of the Nairobi County Government, many people celebrated that for once, the cartel that thrives on corruption, looting and prostitution had been dealt with. A few years later, it turns out that Mohammed Badi is just as bad as they come; too much PR on the streets but no work done. People claim that military rulers are efficient, but look at Badi; it fits perfectly that he is doing other things rather than what he was appointed to do. The office is illegal and unnecessary even no as drainage and medical facilities are operating...
