The recent baby daddy drama involving two Churchill Show comedians-turned lovers has taken a fresh twist after entertainer Herman Gakobo Kago alias Prof Hamo came out to strongly deny accusations that he is a deadbeat father. Stella Bunei Koitie, known by her stage name Jemutai Chibambe, had on Friday accused Prof Hamo of neglecting his fatherly duties.
But in Prof Hamo's statement made on Sunday, he refuted the claims and insisted that he was providing for all his children with Jemutai and has been sending her upkeep money through his wife all along.
In the hard-hitting Facebook post, Prof Hamo was not shy to admit that he has children inside and outside his marriage but he insisted that he has never failed to provide for them food even a single day.
Hamo added that Jemutai is just a frustrated woman who is disappointed after failing to get what she wanted from him. "I have children who live with me and others who don't live with me. I have been providing for my children from day one and there's no day they went without food or shelter or anything they need. "My wife is the one who sends upkeep for the children who don't live with us. This has been the agreement between my family and the mother of the children," read Hamo's post in part. Jemutai Responds... But in an immediate rejoinder, Jemutai came out guns blazing again and refuted her baby daddy's remarks.
In her Facebook post published just 3o minutes after Prof Hamo's response, she stood her earlier ground that he does not provide for the children.
On matters of upkeep money, Jemutai claims that Prof Hamo's wife, Mama Melissa has only sent Sh9,000 in total and the last time her baby daddy paid rent money was in October 2020.
Additionally, she revealed that Prof Hamo is a serial drunkard who only appears in the house during ungodly hours and sometimes turns violent. Jemutai brought the revelations to the fore after she admitted to struggling to make ends meet and surviving on debts.
She had even reached out to blogger Edgar Obare seeking to sell her Facebook account for Ksh1.7 million which enable her to clear her debt including rent arrears.
