The publication dated 4-5 April 2020, termed Kagwe as a businessman with an MBA who had been washed out of elective office due to being too ordinary and emotionally distant, but then again a politician is a politician, and in Kenya, politicians begat Corruption. The ministry of health under Mutahi Kagwe is running a crime syndicate like procurement. Corrupt Mutahi Kagwe is now done with robbing KEMSA and has allegedly turned his eyes on NHIF where he controls the C.E.O...
