Unemployment in Kenya in regards to unemployed youths is over 40%.
This is dire and has been caused by among other things mismanagement (of public funds), bad economic policies and old money trying to hold onto a Kenyan that they have rolled back to pre – Kibaki era.
In my inbox, I have seen complains from people who have been unfairly terminated on flimsy grounds.
What people, mostly Kenyan (very friendly but intelligent and vibrant people) don’t often do is to want to be seen as clashing with the authority or with someone who gave them a lifeline in the past.

Be aggressive.
Don't attend pitty-parties but look at what you can do.
The editor of this site has learnt that some employers, apart from mistreating Kenyan employees, they have taken to fire them and replace them with foreigners.
