- There is a clerk known as Antony who is printing fake hospital receits. They are very similar to the Computer generated receits. It is a cartel and most of the money go into their pockets yet patients have no drugs.
- This same Antony's wife is a casual at the billing so they collude to stea lfrom the hospital.
- Recently, Antony was caught with a fake receipt and the Medsupt wants to sweep it under the carpet. No disciplinary action whatsoever. (The case is still hot)
- Most clerks have stamps and they sign medical forms for unsuspecting clients especially school forms at a fee.
- The accountant and IT guy are part of the cartel. She has a transfer but is working around the clock to be retained.
