Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i Three weeks ago we highlighted how a gang associated with violence -loving former Cabinet Secretary (CS) Rashid Echesa had started killing people a few weeks after his sacking. Today, Interior CS Fred Matiang'i has ordered police to round up the gangs and stop the killings.
