Marsabit Governor Mohamud Mohamed Ali has been linked to scandals as per the dossier that has been forwarded to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
To start with, as per the leaked documents this blog has received and those sent to EACC, the executive has recruited over 787 officers illegally earning over 36 Million over the last two year.
The corrupt governor directly employed 21 political failures from his Borana tribe without any procedure, the complaint to the EACC alleges.
The Governor is believed to have paid the New Board Member some money to sanitize and cleanse the illegal recruitment as at Today Monday. 13th January 2020, the Board has issued about 11 letters in aim to sanitize and regularize the already illegally recruited officers.
Further reports have confirmed that Marsabit county officials have been recording statements with the EACC and arrests may start soon, over many scandals.
