An unknown woman dumped her newborn baby in a 15-feet septic tank after giving birth in Mkaomoto area of Malindi sub-county. A samaritan who heard the infant crying, called other residents who used a ladder to get down into the septic to rescue the baby. The innocent baby boy was placed in an open box without clothes
