Mistreatment of staff
The managing Director of Loswani place is Simon Mbote.
The place is said to have been hurriedly closed and staff now say they haven't been paid their pending salaries.
'I've seen a post where you are exposing Loswani Place, that's pure truth I used to work there and they closed and have never paid the staff....that guy Simon Mbote is a pure con', one staffer wrote.
The other brother is called James Mbote, a director at Rolls Oil Company. He was involved in bribing to get, the tender to transport oil from Turkana to Mombasa.
They have blocked the staff from asking for their salaries.
