Ruaraka member of parliament Tom Kajwang' Hi Nyakundi, I’m writing this piece because I’ve seen people getting arrested for squandering the public money, and would like to see those who steal from our CDF coffers face the same fate. I’m a voter in Ruaraka constituency, and I’m concerned by the manner our CDF is handled. I would qualify it as outright looting, but I let me leave you to decide. These two types of projects have been exclusively used to loot the CDF kitty. I know the entire Ruaraka and I can comfortably tell you that only the one at Glucola is valid.
