It was given to Hosea Kiplagat through a fraudulent process where Arap Mashamba intervened and forced PPOA to change judgement against the law.
NKCC even changed tender conditions and instead of supplying 2 boilers per factory they introduced a fake system where Hosea will supply 2 other boilers.
By awarding it to Hosea, farmers will be loosing over Kshs 800,000,000 per year. This is part of 2022 fundraising.
Hosea Kiplagat even had better tender proposal than the manufacturers of the boilers and defeated them and NKCC.
