A client going by the Twitter name @Josp44 claims Safaricom forcefully subscribed him their expensive and unnecessary airtime loan product Okoa Jahazi. It is imperative to note that Safaricom has been firing staff that engage in fraud. Is this a new way, a new fraud that is emerging in the company?
