Telkom Kenya has recently learned the art of stealing from the don of thieves Safaricom Plc . Just like Safaricom, Telkom is now forcefully subscribing its clients to premium services, deducting over Sh10 from their customer’s airtime unawares. When one wants to unsubscribe, they face a hurdle. The unsubscribing procedure is shady and hard. Even after you are lucky to unsubscribe, you will still find yourself, once again, subscribed forcefully, airtime stolen and you’ll have to repeat the tedious process.
