A section of the embattled Diamond Trust Bank employees have accused the lender's head of HR of bad labour practises, in various complaints sent to us.
As you may all be aware, Diamond Trust bank has always been in the news negatively but is always favoured because the Agakhan, who owns the bank and the Nation Media group is president Uhuru's family friend.

Through collusion by Anti Terrorism Police Unit, DCI and ODPP, the case was killed, despite terrorism being a serious security issue.
As earlier indicated, the DTB H/R department is led by one Lillian Ngalla . She lacks leadership skills and has been frustrating employees .
Sackings, forceful resignations and transfers are the order of the day .
Her role is openly questionable. Harassing and abusing staff in open disregard to the bank H/R policies is the order of the day and this has been the trend that should be stopped.
She defiantly makes decisions favouring the Asians who are never treated the way we Africans are treated. This accusation of favouring Asians has been covered before by this blog.
