Hello Cyprian. I am among the 26 people forced to retire in June 2015. I have served the National Bank of Kenya for over 25 years. I was sent forcefully retired with almost nothing. The one-third lump sum pension is what I used to clear bank loans which had been projected to be repaid within the normal retirement age of 60. In the same group different people were given a different rebate on loans ranging between 10 - 40%. No criteria was used to send us home, we were just hand-picked. Though the case is in court I feel you should continue to expose the rot before the bank collapses. The pay roll was out sourced to hide salary disparities. National Bank of Kenya is for sure rotten. Even tea is out sourced they pay more than before. Whose company...
