Lavington Primary school joined hands with Mavuno Crossroads in 2016 in a Private Public partnership that saw the almost dead dilapidated school with no classrooms and amenities change into a glowing education institution almost to an international school standard. A school that had no floors in classrooms and blocked toilets no running water peeled off paints etc
At that time the head teacher was Mrs. Ndolo an amazing visionary who had the best interests of the school at heart. Now there is a monster of a man called Nicholas Gathemia who thinks just because he is the Chair of the heads of primary schools, he can do anything he desires at the school.
Reliably he is a terrorist with the teachers and listens to nobody. He uses Lavington Primary school like his empire. He came in and has caused hell on earth for both the church and school. The church a standing agreement which was respected and was running smoothly. Now he even wants the church to pay for baptism in the pool that the church helped rehabilitate. Just less than a month ago the church poured in about 2 Million to rehabilitate the school library, so far the hunch has poured into the school about 10 million a history this monster Gathemia has no knowledge of. It looks sparkling now and all the church needs is the hall every Sunday and one Friday a month for worship service.
Last Friday 20th September, Mr. Gathemia locked out the church and refused to negotiate. He chased away worshippers and this was after and a meeting with Pastor Edwin Ondanchi our Senior Pastor. They apparently went through the agreement without a problem. Only for him to play a cunning fox and lock the congregation out.
Mr. Gathemia you are fighting God and you will not win. You will find yourself demoted and transferred. Cyprian visit the school and see what the church has done, ask parents and students how the church has changed their lives. This man called Mr. Gathemia is the Devils advocate and his pride will take him nowhere. Message from your congregants. Let him know the church of Jesus will stand. His underhand ways will work against him. His rule of terror at the school will be crushed.
