Daniel Gor Otondo, the kokoth kateng chief in Homa bay county is on the land grabbing spree. The administrator is colluding with a senior military officer going by the name of Major Collince Okoth Mitoko to fleece the only parcel that belong to the old peasant widow going by the name Margaret Osii.
The old lady is seeking justice because the defiant officer is busy buying the few locals to avert justice. Mr. Otondo is accused of presiding over the sky rocketing drug peddling in the location thanks to the brown envelope being dished out by the cartels at the end of the illicit trade. As a matter of fact, bhang is sold at the homestead of one of his miji kumi (a nyumba kumi) elder. Collince Mitoko, that is the senior military grabber colluding with the chief.
