Hi Cyprian, I write to you as a concerned employee. I can no longer confidently plan for my future given the rot and impunity that goes on in our commercial department. Employee turnover from two years back to date is alarming, especially so as it is being kept under wraps to protect the powers that be i.e one commercial director and his circle of cronies in the sales and HR departments. This has resulted in the exit of over ten employees exiting on crafted and malicious grounds, others forced to resign under duress. Case in point the untimely death of Thomas Mlaghe shy of two months after being exited due to stress and depression complications owing to the inhuman and traumatizing experience of unlawful termination.
