Though it might be a benefit to retrench those that are on contract as it gives them easy ways with the courts, the staff on contract have worked for more than 5 years and are bound to lose on the benefits. The struggling airliner is a den of conmen who cart away huge chunks of cash knowing too well that the Govt will bail the airline out of it makes losses.
