Sylvia Mulinge The family of Mary Kusa Etale, a young girl who was brutally murdered by the vehicle driven by Safaricom's Chief Customer Officer Ms. Sylvia Wairimu Mulinge. The new Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji, promising to go against his corrupt predecessor Keriako Tobiko who had ‘burried’ the case promised to appeal but came the date set for appeal which was 14th April 2019 nothing happened. The family is left with nothing more to defend them other than the constant reminder by this blog that Sylvia Wairimu Mulinge need to be charged with a traffic offence and murder.
