From our archives, we have decided to share a clip where son of Kiambu Governor Andrew Kabogo, is recorded showing off money and wasting cash, stolen from Kiambu County Coffers, taken slightly over an year ago.
Indeed, Kiambu County has become one of the worst-managed local authority, with potholes and dilapidated infrastructure being the hallmark of Governor William Kabogo's tenure.
Ironically Kiambu is the home of President Uhuru Kenyatta, who recently said that he will never visit the County, as both Waititu and Kabogo who are embroiled in perennial wars, are his friends. "I cannot interfere with Kiambu, sorry you're on your own" Uhuru said at a recent meeting held in Sagana StateLodge.
Waititu also said to be eyeing the Governor's seat, recently made news after being arrested for bribing Malindi voters with money given to him by Statehouse mandarins, in the just-concluded by-election that ODM won.
Kiambu residents now have the enviable task to choose between Kabogo and Waititu, almost like being asked to choose between a whore and a prostitute. May we put Kiambu in our prayers.
