On Friday afternoon, Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru fell victim to fierce trolling on Twitter after her "before and after" photos of the state of roads in Kirinyaga went wrong.
Waiguru posted what seemed to be an upgraded section of a road in her county but there was hardly any difference between the before and after photos.
