Kenyans Ask Traffic Police To Arrest Unroadworthy Nairobi City Council Vehicle

Kenyans on social media have asked traffic police to arrest a Nairobi City Council vehicle over its flawed state after a Kenyan walking in the streets of Nairobi took a picture and uploaded it on Twitter. The vehicle which was in smithereens caused an eruption of opinions online with some making fun of it while others demanded that traffic police officers arrest it like they have been doing to other unroadworthy vehicles.
