Hello General. I am Brian. I have this problem under this Kenyan government programme called "Kenya Youth And Employment Opportunities Programme (KYEOP) which is under the ministry of the youth . They have recruited youth to be trained and they have to pay the youths a stipend of Ksh. 6,000 to cater for their fare and lunch but since October when the cycle two (2) started they haven't paid us and yet we are attending for that training. You choose on where you are suitable to be trained but later you find yourself selected elsewhere where you are not comfortable with thus making us to suspect that the best training courses are left for the big fishes as you know this is Kenya.
