The Kenyan government has formally handed over the management of the KSh 50 billion Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) construction project to the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF). The first phase, targeting 2,000 beds, is expected to be completed by April 2027, with overall completion anticipated shortly thereafter.
