One thing that has been true over the past few weeks is that a form of mass hysteria, of some sorts, has engulfed the top bosses at MoH such that the discovery of COVID-19 Vaccine, which makes it hard for them to get more funding to lock Kenyans down, while looting, for a virus with 99 per cent chances of cure, will not be forthcoming anymore. They are mad. These people are sick. On the other hand, doctors who need PPEs and better terms of services are not catered for. More doctors have died in what appears like a second...
