The notorious figure has been making shoddy roads which have no drainages or foot-paths. Money meant to construct culverts and footpaths is said to be diverted to Governor's private accounts. In Mombasa, the contractor destroyed the iconic Crocodile structure outside Mamba Village, built 41 years ago by an Israeli sculptor. The contractor is said to have a direct link with Equity Bank's James Mwangi, who can authorise unsecured loans of upwards of Kshs. 2 Billion to the contractor.
