"Pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 (2)(d) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Section 76 (a), (b) and (c) of the Labour Relations Act 2007 as read together with Section 78 (1) (e) of the said Act, and all other enabling provisions of the law.
