Hi Cyprian, Kindly expose the rot at Juja City Mall. Despite the fact that the traffic is below par and the occupancy Being less than 30%,the owner continues to swindle the tenants by applying the 16% vat on rent yet he does not file tax returns. The mall has never filled returns since inception making it owe Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Ksh 248,947,291 in unpaid taxes (number withheld). Moreso the owner has on numerous occasions refused to refund deposit for vacating tenants. Auto tyre Ltd now located at yaya is an example. They gave a 3 month notice informing the owner of their intention to vacate due to very low sales but never received their 3 months deposit back.
