Fresh from his sham wedding a couple of weeks ago to a Kikuyu woman with three children, Bob Collymore is facing the biggest challenge yet since he came to Kenya. Turns out that contrary to public perception, ordinary folk are getting tired of this ridiculous character, and the demand is that he be deported back to Guyana.
A Kenyan Citizen by the name of Michael Ngugi has departed from the whorish ways of the mediocre Daystar educated mainstream media executives and communications operatives, and filed a petition against Safaricom Kenya Limited.
Mr. Ngugi notes that Safaricom is a signatory of the Kenya Business Code of Ethics, a corporate sustainability initiative enforced through the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM). CEO Bob Collymore is noted as being the signatory of the charter on behalf of Safaricom, and his links to President Uhuru Kenyatta as his point man in the fight against corruption, plus his public declaration of wealth was also highlighted.
Worth noting is that KEPSA is headed by the scum of corporate Kenya, who thrive on bribing business journalists like Terryanne Chebet and our friends at Business Daily, Nation Media Group's brochure that runs copy-paste articles from corporates and public relations firms.
Mr. Ngugi cites an audit report by KPMG 2013-2015 which has unearthed numerous discrepancies, fraudulent transactions, massive corruption and governance malpractices in Kenya's largest company. Ngugi cites Safaricom's contravention of its own procurement policy as enshrined in their Policies and Procedural manual that is selectively applied to favour senior staff who collude with companies to deny worthy Kenyans tenders. Many are the times that we have said Bob Collymore sponsors events that he likes or has a vested interest in.
The petitioner continues by noting that the issues raised in the KPMG audit report may never get prominence in local media, as the company has been able to coerce basically all sectors of society using its financial muscle and advertising might to suppress any negative publicity. Recent revelations have also revealed that Safaricom has infiltrated the courts to secure favourable rulings. Mr. Ngugi even though has entrusted Parliament to act on his claims will be surprised to discover that Members of Parliament in Kenya are prostitutes, who are probably on the payroll of Safaricom too. We have seen Igembe legislator Mithika Linturi's role in delaying the awarding of the thin-sim licenses, and he is the biggest whore in the August House.
Many will remember the posturing and grand-standing against disgraced former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru, by the noisy loud-mouth Mithika Linturi, who wanted to propose a motion of no confidence. He was later bribed by Statehouse, and his bravado was exposed as greed and hunger for money and attention.
Expecting parliament riddled with ideological-prostitutes to act on such a petition would be naive for Mr. Ngugi, who seems to have faith in a bunch of greedy selfish and pathetic MPigs.
He has petitioned parliament to compel the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) headed by the incompetent son of Francis Muthaura who sits in his office jerking off and watching YouTube videos, the toothless Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) and the broke Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission boss Halakhe Waqo who survives on bribes from corporates, to act. Muthaura and his fake British accent that intimidates Daystar journalists needs to be sacked like yesterday.
On focus are two suspicious land transactions, which KPMG deemed fishy. The selling company was Ruaraka Diversified Investments Limited (RDIL) where two fraudulent lease agreements were executed by CEO Bob Collymore and Nicolas Nganga on behalf of Safaricom. RDIL was represented by Martin Gikunda.
Safaricom did not provide its external auditors KPMG any proof of price negotiations when they settled on leasing land at Kshs. 230 Million per acre yet there were other offers of between 100 to 200 Million, way lower than what Safaricom eventually paid.
This can only mean that Bob Collymore together with his director Nicolas Nganga, Financial Controller Genue Mwaura conspired to defraud the company and may have paid an inflated price so as to pocket the money.
We always advise Kenyans to be wary of sanctimonious fuckers like Bob Collymore, who purport to walk the moral high-ground, but are crooks to the core. He still has never told us what he did with money raised by the #BringZackBack campaign.
How can someone who stole another man's wife purport to be the champion of anti-corruption efforts? Isn't stealing other people's wives is also corruption?
