In the above link, staff at KIM have gone for long without pay, KIM has also not paid statutory deductions like tax deducted from Pay As You Earn (PAYE) to Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

Seems like the institution is unable to run, it is broke such that it hasn't paid lecturers for over two years.
