International Leadership University Woes Continue

Dear Cyprian, I trust you are well. This is an urgent plea to continue highlighting the woes of students and staff going on at ILU while the ones in charge are silent over the matter. I urge you not to relent in highlighting these issues. Kindly note that as much as they have not been fully addressed and things keep getting worse, it is indeed reaching the ears of many including the culprits ( Dr. Musyoka & Catherine Ngambi) - evidenced by their responses in the ILU staff WhatsApp group chat. (Images herein attached). The issues continue to get worse as indicated below:- Catherine Ngambi has since been promoted by the VC - Benjamin Musyoka to the position of HR Director thereby replacing David Munyere who is finalizing his PhD dissertation in Human Resource Management. Mr. Munyere has since been relegated to the position of an Exam Officer. The strange thing is that as earlier highlighted, Catherine is not qualified at all to hold all the positions she has been awarded or shall we say rewarded with by Dr. Musyoka. As earlier reported she holds dubious qualifications from Newport University(An unaccredited institution where she "graduated" with an "Undergraduate" and "Masters" degree by doing a total of 9 units for each of the programs). To justify and secure her position at ILU, she recently provided the VC - Dr. Musyoka with a letter & certificate from KIM (Attached) confirming her membership and the privileges she is entitled to. Kindly note that this Catherine is also an undergraduate student at ILU and is also in charge of:- Finance & Administration/Operations Docket of the University Procurement Docket Human Resource Docket Facilities Management Students Records Management With her holding these, a lot of issues cannot be questioned as she is using the University resources as she desires, changing lecturers' offices at will, and has even evicted the tenants who were operating the tuck shop that had earlier been allocated to the students' body, thereby rendering it impossible for students to have easy access to printing, xeroxing or typing of their papers. Other issues include bringing in her cronies to do shoddy jobs at the University - and example being re-trunking of Network cables as a way of fleecing the institution. (See attached pictures) One of her latest shenanigans has been to enforce a rule to have Lecturers, Staff, and Students sign a register at the gate as a means to stamp her authority and also to ensure that no journalists or investigators have access to the institution. These, among other going-ons at the institution, has left the once God-fearing glorious institution in a sorry state of affairs It leaves a lot of questions in one's mind as to what powers this woman holds or if there is an on-going affair with Benjamin Musyoka to warrant him to reward her in this manner without heeding the advice of the Senate, Management or even the Student Body leadership at the University. Even the Board of trustees and Governing Council of the University have not been able to stamp their authority in the running of the institution. The only person in support of these actions is one Prof. Eric Aseka who is the predecessor to Benjamin Musyoka. Aseka's moral standards have also been brought to question in the past beginning from the time he was a lecturer at Kenyatta University. All the above is going on in the full glare of:- Arnold Nzova (The Team Leader in Kenya under Campus Crusade for Christ) who is probably not actin because he is a fellow tribemate with Benjamin Musyoka The CUE - Who have allowed the University to operate even after the expiry of the Letter of Interim Authority Campus Crusade for Christ - Who are the main Sponsors of the University The CS - Ministry of Education Please keep highlighting these issues until things change and improve at the University.
