Kindly assist me expose this rotten system of Huduma Center Nakuru.
It’s now almost 2 years since I applied for my Kid’s birth certificate. On January I made a call to inquire how far is the process and I was so furious but after communication a guy was told to meet me and I handed him Kshs. 2k which I was told it will make things go faster, and after 2 days on 29th of January I was given an interim letter to serve me as I wait for the birth certificate which I was promised will be ready after 3 months from that day.
It is now 5 months after paying and given a promise of 3 months, I decided to make a call last week to the main office, and since I didn't have that number because my phone had crushed my option was to Google and found the details below.
Unfortunately, the number is not picked seems like it doesn't even exist, but later I found another number at the main office but I was given a different story and told that I have to re-apply if I want my child’s birth certificate.
I'm wondering, are we even safe or sure about the Huduma Namba?
If this Huduma Center is not able to provide a simple birth certificate of kids born from 2017 till to date, even after receiving my 2k cash how about those born in the future.
