After reading your article regarding Malkia strikers and how the ministry of sports under CS Amina have failed to support them to travel to Brazil , I must admit that indeed the Ministry is broke and sports fund has been looted to the borns, from the CS through her proxy the arrogant Dokatu Wako to the PS and fund CEO, this team has looted every single shilling from the fund at the expense of our sports personality.
The corrupt media has been silenced with sports editors receiving kickbacks and favours, of interest is the lady you exposed sometimes back, this lady Dokatu Wako the proxy and right-hand corrupt officer of CS Amina , she is very powerful harassing every staff at the ministry, very arrogant and thirsty for money, she has been collecting bribes from contractors and creating fictitious memos to claim millions of shillings which she channels to the CS and herself, the blue-eyed lady is operating from the CS house in Runda. Under the guidance and blessings of the CS, the lady has all the sports editors under her bag, the lady (though married) is currently dating capital Fm journalist and treasurer of Sports Journalist Association of Kenya (SJAK) one Alex Isaboke. The lady and her toy boy Isaboke have ganged up on looting and bribing journalists not to cover this vice.
Just last month the CS appointed her proxy Dokatu to lead the team to Brazil for Deaflympics and guess what the lady had to tag his boyfriend Alex Isaboke on the trip and paid millions in allowance, with the loot from the sports fund the lady just bought a brand new car cx5 worth 2.5m, as other staffs complain in low tones along the corridors the lady is enjoying protection from the CS and is always assured of favours and trip outside which she always tag along his boyfriend to protect and cover the looting from the media. The lady is assigned to book private charter and choppers for the CS and her family of which she has to book with fly 748 which is owned by the CS brother.
