Just months after a Nakuru court declared Assumption Sisters of Nairobi as the legal owners of the multibillion St Mary’s Mission Hospital, a group of sisters has now come out to strongly oppose this judgment. Through an email sent to this site, the sisters have questioned the credibility of the judge Sila Munyao who handled the case and accused him of being compromised by the nuns. In a letter addressed to the Pope, the sisters complain of not having received their dues and have gone on to accuse Nun Constantine Chepchirchir Bett, the current head of the hospital after change in ownership of prostitution.
