Kenyatta National Hospital - KNH Last week, nyakundireport.com highlighted how a whistleblower lifted the lid on one of the most corrupt procurement practices by Kenyatta National Hospital. Infinity Agency revealed that KNH had awarded tender worth millions to Jubilee Insurance after an illegal amendment was done on the Terms of Reference (TOR). According to the whistleblower, the clause, ‘the underwriter must have a gross profit of 100million each year for the last 3 years (2020, 2019 & 2018) as per IRA reports’, was introduced so as to knock out all other bidders in Life underwriting services and only pave way for Jubilee Life assurance Ltd who would later win the said tender.
