A staffer who sought anonymity has blown the whistle on the abuse of office for self-benefit by a rogue procurement officer at the State Department for Culture and Heritage, which falls under the Sports Ministry.
The officer in question - one Madam Joyce N Ala - is accused of running a money-making scheme where drivers working in the department are forced to fuel their vehicles at a specific petrol station linked to her.
