A resident of Ukunda, Diani, has accused Kenya Power of violating her rights by illegally disconnecting her power supply. The source, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims that two men posing as Kenya Power employees came to her doorstep at Diani Beach Park Gate Number 5 Next to Pinewood, on Friday, February 10, 2022, and switched off her connection based on an inexistent bill. "I was shocked when I saw the two men cutting my connection. I tried to explain to them that there was a mistake on the bill, but they wouldn't listen.
