Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji On Monday approved the arrests and prosecution of Rotich, Principal Secretaries Kamau Thugge (Treasury), Dr Susan Jemutai Koech (East African Community) and Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA) Managing Director David Kimosop due to the handling of the multibillion-shilling Arror and Kimwarer dams where the government lost over Kshs, 21 billion.
DPP Said that the National Treasury, under Henry Rotich entered into a facility with CMC Di Ravena in Euros while the commercial contract was in dollars and therefore occasioning further loss to the Kenyan government through exchange rates.
