I would like to expose Francis Warui, the headteacher Karen "C" primary school has been in that school for over 12 years.
The strange thing is that any time he is transferred, he colludes with some education officers and he is retained. I am aware that the greedy officers receive around Ksh. 40,000 to do this dirty job
The man, who lives a lavish lifestyle has been extorting parents by asking for Ksh. 10,000 from each of them. That translates to more than Ksh. 2 Million each term.
He stays in the compound, married a lady from Muranga who had just come from Dubai, had a daughter with her, then the lady brought her 3 high school children for him to fend for. Then hell broke loose when she started fighting him, disappears for up to 6months or more, comes back, locks him out, police from hardy come to help him and the cycle goes on and on. Basically, he has no control over her
A story is told of how he'd been delocalised somewhere outside Nairobi but he went round to be deployed back in Nairobi, to exchange with a certain head teacher, then refused to go. He told the other headteacher whom they were to exchange with to stay put. He even flew to the USA for holiday pretending that he was visiting treatment
