Perennial conman: Daniel Njenga
The sons of former immediate former Chairman of the National Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse Board (NACADA) and former Member of Parliament (MP) for Naivasha Town John Mututho are accused of conning a businessman over a road construction project.
Daniel Njenga and Martin Njenga (who appears to be a cousin) conned the businessman Filiad Contractors over half a million shillings.
This is not the first time that they are doing it, they are perennial conmen as they have also conned almost 5 sub-contractors is Company is called Vuyo Land & Development Company and one known as Moses over 1 million shillings.
In 2016, Daniel Njenga was acquitted of fraud charges at a Makadara court on Tuesday.
Daniel Njenga alias Charles had been accused of obtaining Sh1.6 million from Jane Mbakaya by false pretenses.

They sub-contracted me then thereafter wrote me a bounced check and i have really suffered since March after completion of the road rehabilitation of Kenol Kobil River road, Nairobi job that they had given me.

Because the site was River Road i did the job overnight; and to make the matters worse, I endured endless harassment from Nairobi City Government Askaris who came pestering me for bribes.
Despite all these, they refuse to pay me; it’s really hurting bro.
