The former chairman of the Kenya - Qatar Diaspora Sacco Limited Habbakuk Wamududa is in Buruburu police station this morning. He was arrested to be arraigned at the Makadara court for mismanagement of the Sacco.
A source told us that Habbakuk was pleading for out of court settlement. A thing which his accusers vehemently resisted.

The current chairman of the Sacco wrote the below letter to members.
Dear Members,
May announce here that the former Chairman of KQD Sacco, who lead the mismanagement and stealing of KQD sacco funds Habbakuk H.Orek Wamududa will be arraigned in court today at Makadara law courts.
He he has been sued by the new management on behalf of Members for stealing, forgerry, Fraud and embezzlement of members funds.
He will be charged along side the former Acountant Denis Omollo and Former vice Chairmam Boniface Ngugi.
We will update you in the course of the day as the case progresses.
