A former employee at Ole Sereni Hotel who sought anonymity has reached out to CNYAKUNDI.COM to spill even more beans on the hotel's filthy management just a day after we exposed them.

Just to add a very important point you missed on the Ole Sereni expose; I worked there and had to call it quits.
The main element here is the HR himself, Mr. Paul Kibiro. He is well aware of what goes on but because he leads as they follow, he is quick to fire and replace those that refuse to sing along to his tunes. I actually doubt he has an idea of what his position entails. He should be at the forefront of fighting against this!
The man once embarrassingly asked my fellow manager when she was going "to release her goods" right in front of yet another manager who had already been initiated into the 'system' and was also eager to know when the 'goods' would be released.
Departments operating without sops and sons working alongside their fathers! The same HR was once asked why the face of Kenya is not featured in the departments and to him, that was not a problem at all. He was also notorious for ignoring staffing pleas until it got to extreme levels then he would blackmail us by asking for 'goods' in order for him to solve the problems.
The whole HR department is a rot! In fact, after a colleague left, (the most competent and level-headed lady I have ever worked with) her payslip was leaked to her juniors!
Kindly expose these people and save the Ole Sereni Hotel employees!"
