The Governor of Turkana is the father of forgeries and Academic dwarfs who buy academic papers in River Road. I would wish to expose one CEC incharge of Roads and Public Works who used his loot to buy justice to the position he is occupying now by giving the Governor Kshs. 16 million to close his eyes so that he can’t see behind the academic forgeries. This is one and the only money bags, Benson Lokwang. The guy, aged 45 years has fought his way to fame and famously known for splashing cash to silence authorities including Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), National Intelligence Service (NIS) and Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) . He did well in Primary school and went to Lodwar High School. He managed to get D(Plain) in the 1994 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). From there he Proceeded to work with Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs)
He first enrolled to P.Mulwas, Premese Africa College for a Certificate in Supply and Logistics which he didn’t manage to finishe simply because he is an academic dwarf. After the Lokichoggio NGOs closed shop, Nanok, rescued him and he became his Constituency (Turkana South) office Manager with the Form Four D certificate till 2012.
In 2013, He was again rewarded a Personal Assistant Job yet he had not stepped inside anyone’s classroom.
Shockingly, he was given a County Executive Committee member (CEC) job in 2017 yet he had not attained the required qualification.
The guy hurriedly procured an Internal Examination certificate from Cambridge College (He has not even cleared with the Director of the Institution because he didn’t pay all the dues required for the Certificate and Diploma, hence the originals retained). He has never attended any class in Cambridge but He got the documents courtesy of His errand boy who is in good books with the Director.
Cambridge is not an Accredited Institution by Commission of Higher Education. He used the forged Internal Examination Certificate to get a vague Degree in Economics and Sociology from Chuka University. As far as we know, a University has admission requirements. The institution is not able to produce the records of Admission, Fee statement, Classmates, Graduation List Examination, attendance and Nominal Roll signed by the vague CEC. During the vetting, the Speaker of the Turkana County Assembly and the Vetting Committee cleared him because their ‘stomachs were filled’. Turkana County is facing a big problem because of recruiting quacks who cannot even define micro economics or financial accounting yet they claim that they did those courses.
The information that our desks has is that, EACC, NIS and DCI have this information but Nanok and his cronies are hiding it because of the power of Money.
