More information of bribery, coercion, flouting of procurement rules keep emerging.
The silence by the directors is loud, because their mouths is full of money, they are eating more than the roads can breathe.
Their mouths is full of corruption money and soon they might vomit on our shoes.

I've been looking at how to report a wrong being done on this very major road. The work started late last year and it's now past Kilifi. The expansion is so shoddy one doesn't have to be an engineer to see the reap off being meted on taxpayer payers.
The contractor has on one earth mover, a roller, a layering machine and not more than 3 dilapedated tippers. What he does is clear immediate bush dump and level murram, compact, pour colas and apply single layer ballast chips.

From your post on KeNHA boss, it's now obvious the works were only meant for self enrichment.
