Explosive: Pure conmanship at Lesedi Developers Limited

Mr Geoffrey Kiragu, Owner, Lesedi Developers Hello Nyakundi, I would love to expose the fraudulent Lesedi Developers Ltd. Someone will ask, what’s the motivation ow writing this? The answer is the Fear of God and it's very painful for investors to lose their money thinking they are dealing with a genuine company. I was one of their customer relationship officers whereby were told to resign by force by the rogue CEO, Madam Esther Wagura. We were sacked after we complained about fake projects and lack of management commitment concerning the delivery of title deeds. All the experienced CROs were sacked and currently operating with interns who are not aware of what’s happening. FRAUDULENT SYSTEM AND CARTEL GEOFFREY KIRAGU -DIRECTOR Mr Geoffrey Kiragu is the owner. He always buys land which has issues (succession land, disputed land, land belonging to settlement scheme and land from widows) so that he can buy time before he delivers. He then markets the land with Kikuyu radio stations and musicians/influencers where he sells out the land within the short time possible. He then redirects the money to other projects instead of focusing on delivering the project. As we speak, he bought a house in the United Kingdom (UK) and relocated his family there. He operates from there and comes to Kenya for a few days then goes back. Taking into consideration that he will not deliver, he opened another real estate company by the name TUNZA REALTORS Ltd located in Maisha heights Thika, just opposite where Lesedi is (bazaar plaza Thika). He had defrauded his co-founder to the tune of Sh10Million of the company which made him leave the company for him. Currently, Tunza Realtors Ltd is being managed by his brother and time will tell the story will be the same! Lastly, he has opened a TV station by the name ITHAGA TV, to cover himself he has brought the face of Mr Karangu Muraya a Kikuyu musician/influencer to claim that the TV station belongs to him. This man is a womanizer such that all the ladies who are in the company are his concubines and if someone refuses his charms, they are fired by HR. He has children with some of the staff one Angie from Nakuru Branch. ESTHER WAGURA – CEO To cover the menace of Lesedi, Esther is the face of the company. She claims to be very godly and very righteous. This is the biggest hypocrite of all. She uses her womanly charms to convince the clients that everything is well whereas we know that all is not well. She treats the employees with threats when asked hard questions She is also in charge of Lesedi Homes which has never delivered any project since the company was formed. Most of the clients are from the US and abroad and are complaining every day. They are organising the title deed ceremony to blindfold Kenyans while the main monster in the room has not been sorted One of their maiden Projects christened Jacaranda Homes was stopped by a court order petitioned by the land owner. They still give fake promises to the customers when asked about handover dates. She is always in church selling the company and pretending to be a motivational speaker. The less I talk about her the better. They are organising the title deed ceremony to blindfold Kenyans while the main monster in the room has not been sorted JOSEPH NGUNJIRI –HR This is the Human Resource Manager (HR) and the right-hand man of the Director and CEO. We thank you for exposing them since they were not submitting statutory deductions and even now they still don’t submit. He’s the director speech writer and motivational quotes writer. He fires on order or forces the employee to resign if you questioned the management. He always consoles the remaining naïve team that everything is well (attached memo from HR below) EVA MWENDA – Head of legal services Lesedi has two advocates and a legal clerk due to a large number of cases they have been taken to court by the customers. Eva makes sure all the contractual agreements signed by Lesedi favors the Company and exposes/exploits the customers and especially the landowners. Most landowners sign in a hurry when selling the land as they are normally being pressured that Lesedi will move out of the deal. Most customers who take the company to court end up disappointed when they realize that they were duped. She is the face of all contractual agreements of the company since the director does not wish his face to be known especially with the landowners. Lesedi has over 50 cases in court right now. FAILED LAND PROJECTS Please advise Kenyans that below are all the failed projects and if any Kenyan has bought from the following projects, they should go and ask for their money. 1. Muthaara green acres - this was 360 plots selling at 350k. The land owner has been paid partly, removed the beacons chased all the clients away. As we speak the land owner is in court with Lesedi. (attached is the memo from the HR saying no more refunds). View document 2. Olimpia court PHASE 1 – same issues (non-payment to the land owner), clients are always in the office for refunds. 3 . Salama greens 2 – Same issue (landowner was only paid 10 %) and the land is fully paid. 4. Malindi Projects are Fraudulent ---- when customers go for site visits, they are shown are project which is touching the tarmac while the real sense the project is like 7KM from the tarmac very busy and inaccessible. Most of the titles that they have been issued out from Lesedi for these projects are Fake. 5. Azizi 1, Azizi 2 and Azizi 5 in Nakuru —Lesedi was conned these two projects as the land belong to the settlement scheme and they were sold the land by a fake buyer. The customers are always promised that title zitatoka lakini hakuna shamba. These customers always complain in their offices. 6. Kenyatta road project - the same issue on non-payment by Lesedi to the landowner. The worst thing they did is after they fully sold out Viena woods Kilimambogo as a gated estate with an Electric fence, after the clients finished paying their instalments, the management went ahead and removed the Electric Fence. Most of the clients who bought this project are from the Gulf and still believe the project is gated while the truth is that the fence ilitolewa yote . SAD!! FAILED HOUSING PROJECT All the housing projects has stalled, and clients keep on complaining and asking for a refund and are being dodged every day by the wakora network. The worst is Jacaranda Estate and Kabati phase 2 which is fully sold out and they have not even started the foundation for the houses. They are yet to clear with the landowner.
