Head of Illegal LPG Filling Stations EPRA CEO Pavel Oimeke has been linked to illegal gas refilling cartels, nyakundireport.com can confirm. A few years ago, a disturbed Kenyan sent Pavel Oimeke a message alerting him of an Illegal LPG Filling plant next to Ongata Academy but the CEO never followed up the matter. The plant was opened in 2017and residents that nyakundireport.com spoke to have complained that they can usually smell gas fumes. At the time Oimeke was alerted, he promised to shut down the plant but it looks like he received a bribe to allow its illegal activities to proceed.
