A Mpesa subscriber has written to the Communications Authority Of Kenya notifying them of a dispute between Safaricom and its subscribers. The letter that is also copied to the notorious Telco is copied to the communication authority as the regulator of telephony operators in Kenya. According to the complaint that has been received and ignored by the Communication authority, Safaricom is accused of contemptuously neglecting to respond to the client's initial dispute resolution proposal to admit liability for negligence regarding the outages and to refund to each Mpesa subscriber of the Mpesa services pursuant to the Kenya Information and communications ( Dispute Resolution) Regulations, 2010.
